Cody is a triple-threat at Moving Forward, working as a Therapist, Supervisor, and Social Worker.
Cody is one of our talented therapists who truly believes in the evolving science of mental health and therapy.
Through counselling it seems possible to liberate ourselves of shame, guilt, and judgement; to find new ways of accessing feelings of safety in tough times; to form new relationships with our problems, and the world around us; to set goals; to see family members in a different light; rewrite our life-stories with new possibilities; and discover who we are on the inside. All of this can manifest hope for the future. The effects of counselling can stretch across time and impact job and life satisfaction, our ability to relax into our own identity, weddings, births, and family patterns for generations!
Cody is incredibly proud of Moving Forward for discovering a way to make counselling accessible for everyone.
