Ratha specializes in working with people who have experienced trauma. To help her clients heal, Ratha uses mindfulness-based somatic therapy. This approach is integrative and utilizes mindfulness, breath work, yoga, resilience enhancement, hands-on healing, and somatic and body-oriented processes.
Ratha currently offers supervision to any intern who is undertaking additional training in somatic therapy
